I contacted Michelle after a friend of mine had used her services, and despite myself living in England and never physically meeting Michelle or seeing the rings she had sourced for me, I was not disappointed by any of the experience. Michelle made communication efficient and smooth using a combination of text messages and video calls to showcase the rings and keep me updated as to where she was in the process.
